Attorney with more than seventeen years of experience as legal counsel and litigator in the public and private sectors, specializing in handling and resolving complex, multidisciplinary matters.
In the public sector, he held senior management positions in the Office of the President of México and at SEMARNAT, was a member of the National Council for the Promotion of Investment, Employment and Economic Growth (COFINECE), and served as a citizen advisor in the municipalities of San Pedro Garza García and Monterrey. He currently serves as President of the Environmental Protection and Climate Change Council of Monterrey.
In the private sector, he worked in the contentious and regulatory department of a multinational company and practices as a trial attorney, successfully representing clients before state and federal courts. He is a partner at Alanís Urdiain & Hope law firm.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws, master’s degrees in Amparo Law, Tax Law, and Business Administration (MBA), along with continuing education from national and international institutions.
Lawyer with more than seventeen years of experience practicing law at the private sector, with extensive prace in criminal and constitutional litigationd and counseling, as well as the development of criminal complinace programs.
He has focus his experience in business sector, where he served as associate at prestigious law firms at Mexico City, where he shaped much of his professional career.
Roberto has a Law Degree from the Univedad Panamericana, a post graduate degree in Adversarial Criminal Law for the Escuela Libre de Derecho, and multiple diplomas and certifications in both criminal and criminal compliance matters. He is currently partner at Alanís Urdiain & Hope Abogados.
