Lawyer with more than fifteen years of experience as a legal advisor and litigator in the public and private sectors, where he has provided his services for the attention and resolution of complex and multidisciplinary matters.

He served as a public official with the position of area director at Presidencia de la República, general director at SEMARNAT, and member of the executive commitee of the COFINECE; in the private sector as an associate at prestigious law firms and and in the contentious and regulatory department at Heineken Mexico. He is currently partner at Alanís Urdiain & Hope Abogados and citizen advisor for the governments of San Pedro Garza García and Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Admitted to practice in México, where he got his Bachelor of Law degree and got graduated with honors from both Master in Amparo Law and Master in Tax Law; currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration. He has also completed various courses and diplomas to keep abreast of changes of the law and its practice.
